Live Scan Location
Can you use another provider for the live scan?
YES – but you must provide them the form from this website, and follow the same instructions. Do not pay more than $35.00. Once completed provide a copy of form, and receipt to be reimbursed to Stake Finance Clerk.
Payment
If you use one of the preferred Live Scan locations listed above. Then you do not need to pay anything. The Anaheim Stake will be billed directly.
Who needs the Live Scan?
Church Members who work with minors for at least 32 hours per year.
In California you need the Youth Protection class completed and Live Scan background check.
Government ID
Have a form of Government ID, such as Drivers License or State ID card, military ID.
